Delete Your Bite Account

This page explains how users of the Bite food delivery app can request the deletion of their account and all associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Bite account in one of two ways:

Option 1 — From inside the app

  1. Open the Bite app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2 — By email

Click the button below to open a pre-filled deletion request email:

Or send an email manually to [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request and your registered phone number or email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following data is permanently deleted:

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

All retained data is anonymised or deleted once its retention period expires.
